The Schmieding Center offers a wide variety of programs for older adults and their families, including the following:

  • Aging Successfully: Programs that present information on what older adults should know to lead healthy and functional lives.
  • Aging and Memory: Programs that present information about medical conditions related to dementia, the treatment of this condition and issues related to caring for a person with a dementing disease.
  • Elder LifePhases: Programs that present information on issues and concerns related to aging in America today.
  • Driver Safety Classes: AARP curriculum used to teach elder adults about driving safety.
  • Special Programs: Programs that present the content in a unique way, are not offered on a regular basis or are co-sponsored with another organization.
