Jerald Winakur, MD, FACP, CMD
Dr. Jerry Winakur has practiced internal and geriatric medicine in San Antonio, Texas, for 30 years. He is currently an associate with Pasteur Medical Associates, a group he founded in 1990. He is Associate Faculty Member at the Center for Medical Humanities and Ethics at the University of Texas Health Science Center and has lectured in Humanities at the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Last year Dr. Winakur's essay, "What Are We Going To Do With Dad," appeared in The Washington Post and was syndicated in newspapers across America.
Gary Barg
The author of the book The Fearless Caregiver, Barg is recognized as an expert in caregiving. He is Editor-in-Chief of Today's Caregiver, the first nationally circulated magazine to take a consumer-friendly, stylish look at the tough topic.
